• Speedboat Transfer: Guests must be able to board the speedboat comfortably. If guests have mobility issues but can still board the speedboat with assistance, all other facilities and activities at Crossroads Marina are accessible and suitable for their enjoyment.
• Beach Club Facilities: The Beach Club facilities, including the pool, shower facilities, lockers, and changing facilities, are accessible to all guests.
• Dining Options: Guests with mobility issues can enjoy the dining options provided at the Beach Club Outlets.
• Entertainment: Live entertainment at the marina is accessible to all guests, regardless of mobility.
• Kids' Activities: Families with children of all abilities can participate in the engaging kids' activities available at the Beach Club.

Cancellation

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. 

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
