In the event of unfavorable weather or absence of whale sharks, alternative day or tour will be offered. No refund is available. Additionally, participants are advised to follow the instructions of the tour guide for safety and to respect the marine environment during the snorkeling experience.

For guests joining from the Male' area, it's recommended to arrive one day earlier in South Ari Atoll.
